Charity

I am the Chair of Women taking Action, which raises money to support Family Partners. Family Partners support families where children are being neglected. Often the parents of these children want to give their children a better life but don’t have the skills to make that happen. Family partners work intensively with these families for five months to get them into a sustainable regime of responsible parenting. I support this charity because as a mother I know that positive intervention at the right moment can make all the difference to struggling families.
